It's World AIDS Day!
How do you mark World AIDS Day? There are lots of ways we can show our support for HIV/AIDS research, anti-discrimination laws, and support to family and friends. Here are some simple ways you can show your support for HIV/AIDS information, education, and patients!

 

  • Talk to others about ways to prevent HIV
  • Get educated - get the facts!
  • Attend a Healing Centers seminar, workshop, or conference
  • Make a point to speak up when you know someone is being discriminated due to HIV/AIDS
  • Pray for HIV patients and their families
  • Write to congress, representatives, and write blogs promoting important HIV/AIDS-related issues
  • Suggest an HIV-Awareness Day or event in your church or community
  • Wear a red ribbon
