Apostle Dr. Onika T. Ashley-Brown, D.D.
Apostle Dr. Onika T. Ashley-Brown, D.D. is founder of D.A.P.S. (Developping Attributes, Producing Success) Ministries which works to produce empowerment, character, and success in individuals facing difficulties in life. D.A.P.S. Ministries is a non-profit organization designed to empower, equip, and train individuals how to successfully live in God's Kingdom. Her work has assisted people in prison, transitioning to life on the outside, youth, the church, leadership, the sick, and those in need of empowerment.
Apostle Ashley-Brown is the CEO and founder of many kingdom works, including Spiritual Life Empowerment Worship Center, D.A.P.S. Mentoring Program, Teens B Teens Empowerment Center, W.O.E. Women's Ministry , and Glorys’ Boutique & Fashions. She is also an active participant and team member of Women of Power International and co-founder of Healing Centers, along with Apostle Dr. Lee Ann B. Marino. Her ministry work has been birthed and mandated to set the captives free. After going through a life of bondage which included abuse, addictions, disease unto death , being an ex-offender and more, Apostle Ashley-Brown understands the importance of exploding into purpose. While her life seemed to be a dead end, God intervened and set Apostle free. Over the years she has many accomplishments that has gotten her to a place of kingdom living with kingdom power.
Apostle Ashley-Brown is a woman who has seen and experienced the miracles of God. Being one who couldn’t walk and the doctors stated to her that she would be on oxygen all her life, use a walker to assist her and needed someone to dress and bathe her. Apostle Dr. Lee Ann B. Marino, Ph.D., D.D.
Apostle Dr. Lee Ann B. Marino, Ph.D., D.D., is an apostolic theologian, Bible scholar, women's advocate and historian, cultural analyst, university chancellor, STD and HIV/AIDS educator, activist, sex educator, and Apostle in Office for Apostolic Fellowship International Ministries. A graduate of Apostolic University in Philosophy, Theology, Divinity, and Religion/Comparative Religion, Apostle Dr. Lee Ann's practical approaches to preaching, spiritual matters, and Scripture study have reached masses with the Gospel of God and of Jesus Christ. With a testimony that encompasses experience of loss, rejection, abuse, battery, depression, loneliness, sexism, and other personal problems, Apostle Marino has, through a life lived in the power of Jesus Christ, come to experience and testify to the greatness of our God to heal us everywhere we hurt.
Apostle Marino is co-founder of Healing Centers, encouraging HIV/AIDS education, awareness, and compassion through promoting information and working with HIV/AIDS patients and their family and friends in the love of Christ and as a witness of the Gospel. She has also been an HIV/AIDS educator for nearly a decade, educating women, teenagers, churches, ministries, and inmates on the essentials of HIV and how to use good judgment and reason to prevent transmission. She is certified in both the states of North Carolina and Kentucky in HIV/AIDS Rapid Testing and Counseling.
Apostle Marino is author of Compassionate Care: Healing For The Soul With HIV/AIDS (Joshua Tree Publishing, 2011) and founder of Compassionate Care HIV/AIDS training for churches and ministries. This program is the official program used by Healing Centers for training churches, ministries, volunteers, peer counselors, and representatives interested in developing HIV/AIDS ministries.
Apostle Marino is host of Power For Today, a radio program heard all over the world. Through this program, Apostle Marino has addressed the HIV/AIDS crisis, especially educating young women about ways HIV/AIDS and other STDs spread. As an apostle over ten churches and ministries internationally, preacher, teacher, Apostolic University Chancellor, author of over twenty books and editor-in-chief of Power For Today Magazine, Apostle Marino works extensively to teach, preach, and align the church with God’s Word in our modern times. Healing Centers came forth one day during a discussion about ways to empower, impact, and change lives beyond preaching and pulpit ministry. It became apparent that HIV/AIDS ministry was needed as the epidemic continues to spread all over the world.
It is our purpose and heart to educate, empower, support, and love people, working in the facilitation of their divine healing, everywhere they hurt.

How do you mark World AIDS Day? There are lots of ways we can show our support for HIV/AIDS research, anti-discrimination laws, and support to family and friends. Here are some simple ways you can show your support for HIV/AIDS information, education, and patients!
- Talk to others about ways to prevent HIV
- Get educated - get the facts!
- Attend a Healing Centers seminar, workshop, or conference
- Make a point to speak up when you know someone is being discriminated due to HIV/AIDS
- Pray for HIV patients and their families
- Write to congress, representatives, and write blogs promoting important HIV/AIDS-related issues
- Suggest an HIV-Awareness Day or event in your church or community
- Wear a red ribbon
